About: This place is pure magic. Dan Pearson, the American baker behind Ten Belles, has created something special in the 11th. His 36-hour sourdough fermentation creates pizzas that are crispy yet impossibly light.

The menu is tiny – just six pizzas that rotate seasonally. Think zingy asparagus with lemon, or his famous salsiccia with caciocavallo that’ll transport you straight to Italy.

Our Highlights: The Number 6 changes regularly based on seasonal ingredients, so you’re always in for a surprise. Their pizzookie dessert (yes, pizza meets cookie) is completely bonkers but somehow works perfectly. The natural wine selection is great here too.

Our Highlights: The margherita is legendary – expect soft, supersized crusts as their signature. The truffle option for an extra €5 is also a great option. The massive bar claims to have 500 different bottles lining the walls. The tiramisu is divine and won’t break the bank.
